Position: Assistant Hansard Reporter

Job Description

This role is crucial in the legislative process as the Assistant Hansard Reporter will be responsible for transcribing verbatim reports of parliamentary proceedings. The selected candidate will have the unique opportunity to be a part of preserving the official records of parliamentary debates and discussions. He or she will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and detailed documentation of the National Assembly’s activities.

Salary Band 2 plus Scheme of Service Allowance

Job Requirements

We are seeking individuals with a Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration who possess a passion for typing, love for words, a knack for research, and a meticulous approach to their work. Candidates should have a strong attention to detail and be dedicated to upholding the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism in their transcriptions.
