Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes and onboarding of new staff.
- Support employee relations, including handling inquiries and facilitating communication.
- Maintain HR records and ensure accurate documentation.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate training sessions and development programs.
- Support benefits administration processes.
- Provide payroll-related administrative assistance.
- Deliver general HR support across departments.
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, internal communication, and maintaining employee files.
- Provide backup and support to the HR Manager as needed.

Job Requirements
Experience & Qualifications:
- Certificate in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience in a remote island environment.
Note: This position demands adaptability and awareness of the challenges associated with remote island living and working. Prior experience in such settings is highly valued to ensure effective HR service delivery in a geographically and socially unique environment.
