Job Description
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will contribute to the planning, organization, coordination, and management of all food production activities.
In this role, you will ensure the achievement of production targets while guaranteeing quality standards, food safety, and consistent service delivery for airline catering, outlets and other outside catering contracts.
You will be responsible for the full implementation of the quality-safety-security plan and ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements, ISO 22000 standards, and GateOpex standards.

Job Requirements
The ideal candidate must have experience in large-scale food production and a broad understanding of various culinary styles. Particular expertise in Arabic, Western, Asian and Seychelles cuisines is a significant asset.
Holding a Bachelor’s degree or professional certifications in culinary skills, the candidate has over five years of experience managing large-capacity food service establishments.
The ideal candidate must also demonstrate leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a strong ability to thrive in a demanding environment, and also driven by a commitment to operational excellence, customer satisfaction and team development.
