Job Description
Summary of role functions:
- Provides accounts services to customers by processing deposits and withdrawals
- Purchasing and selling of foreign currencies
- To be the initial and primary point customer contact
- Deliver a high level of customer service practices
- End to end account opening across all products of the bank in line with internal regulatory requirements.
- Assist customers in completion of internal bank documents and provide appropriate guidance on bank products.
- Ensure adherence to compliance of AML/CFT
- Other related duties
