Position: Bank Clerk
Responsible to: Head of Customer Service
Job Description
Job Summary:
Improving customers’ banking experience with the bank by ensuring that the customers are attended to and all their challenges are resolved in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers promptly and efficiently;
- Advise customers on best account suited for their purpose and applicable rules and regulations
- Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirement and in-house policies and standards;
- Assist customer with Online Banking queries, request and collection of Electron Cards;
- Open/close Accounts and obtain relevant documents;
- Attend to enquiries and complaints from customers’ and escalate promptly where required;
- Attend to Front Office transactions and postings;
- Follow security procedures and minimise security risks at all times;
- Undertake Filing Duties.

Job Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
- Certificate in Banking or Diploma Business Studies, Office Management or Front Office Operations, or A Level in English and Business Studies, or Accounting with experience in Customer Service.
- 2 years’ banking experience and Customer Service Excellence Achievement would be of advantage.

- Ability to process data entry and analysis quickly and correctly
- Strong organisation skills and ability to handle pressure and deliver workload
