Job Description
- Service of all drinks to a set standard and as requested by guests
- Maintaining stock records and control in all shifts behind the bar
- Assisting with service in the restaurant and surrounding areas
- Attend to proper maintenance of assets behind the bar
- Out side barman duties, to partake in the undertaking of various different tasks required to be undertaken by F&B Manager and Restaurant Manager.
Job Requirement
Minimum Requirements
- Two years experience as a barman
- School of SHTTC and Apprenticeship for Bar & Restaurant
- Understanding of various stock taking procedures
- To be able to adapt for 2 months on the island before going back to Mahe
- Ability to work and live in remote locations
- Dynamic, highly motivated and personable individuals
