We are currently seeking talented, passionate professionals to join our dynamic team at Le Domaine De L’Orangeraie at Anse Severe on La Digue Island in the above position:
Location: Le Domaine De L’Orangeraie, Anse Severe, La Digue
Summary of the Main Duties and Responsibilities.
- To clean and tidy bar and bar area every day, including ashtrays and all furniture
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene
- To check daily requisition in the store and place order with store.
- Check daily “mise-en- place” e.g. straws, sugar syrup, stirrers, vanilla essence, salt and glasses.
- Verify drinks and wine list every day and update if necessary.
- Always serve customer accordingly and with a smile

Job Requirements
Minimum Job Entry Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Should possess a Certificate in Beverage Service or Bartending and short course in Customer care.
And/or
Experience:
- At least two to three years successful work experience as Bar Assistant. in an upscale deluxe resort
- Must have good communication skills and other foreign languages are recommendable.
