Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, mocktails, wines, and other beverages with precision and creativity.
- Engage with guests, recommend drinks based on their preferences, and ensure an outstanding bar experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
- Ensure all drinks are prepared following company standards and local regulations.
- Work closely with the Food & Beverage team to create unique beverage experiences.
- Handle transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
- Promote special drinks, offers, and upsell premium products.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.

Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a bartender in a hotel, restaurant, or bar setting.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage pairings.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
