ISPC Seychelles is hiring a Bond Keeper (On-Site Seychelles)

Job Description

TASKS :

• Receiving orders from suppliers (Wines/Spirits/Soft Drinks)
• Emptying containers
• Arranging the orders neatly,
• Keeping the bonded warehouses in perfect condition and clean
• Entering Bond Transfers in the system (Mercator/Training provided)
• Preparing daily orders
• Restock the shop floor
• Taking care and keeping an eye on the marketing and POS material
• Advising customers
• Ensuring permanent and scheduled stock takes
• Reporting to Brand&Sales Manager
• Liaising with Clearing Manager and Customs
• Taking car of all beverages carried by the company
