Mahe Laundry Services is a start-up laundry venture located in Roche Caiman, on the mainland of Mahe, Seychelles. The commercial laundry will service mainly business customers (large hotels and other entities like restaurants, hospitals and airlines) and has a total capacity of ± 13,000 tons/day. Our aim is to recruit a competent and experienced team to launch the laundry business.
We are currently recruiting for the following position:
Post title: Bookkeeper
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and daily bookkeeping entries
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts
- Reconcile bank statements and supplier accounts
- Assist with payroll preparation
- Prepare monthly financial reports for management
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma/Certificate in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in bookkeeping
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
