Job Description

Summary of role functions:

• Manage all day-to-day branch operational and service activities
• Manage employees and lead day-to-day branch operational responsibilities
• Ensure adherence to compliance of AML/CFT
• Handle Customer queries, problems, and complaints
• Cross sell Bank’s Products as per Customers’ needs
• Create a strong workforce by developing competent individuals in the banking operations team
• Collaborate with heads of other units to develop best practices for successful banking operations.

Job Requirement

Education, Knowledge & Experience

• Associate’s degree and equivalent industry experience required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least three years of experience in the financial industry
• Multitask and have excellent time management skills
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Show creative problem-solving
• Ability to prioritize tasks, delegating when appropriate
