As a Brand Ambassador, you will promote the brand’s products and/or services at events. You will be expected to provide the highest level of customer service and authentically connect with the target demographic to introduce and educate them on the brand’s products.
Job Description
- Act as the brand’s ambassador by representing the brand with positive and enthusiastic support for the product/service at all times
- On-site product sampling and/or brand education
- Create brand awareness and loyalty
- Protecting brand equity and representing brand image at all times
- Create memorable brand experiences for consumers
- Develop the organization’s brand
- Educating the public about the product and the brand
- Promoting brand, sales, and marketing programs
- Participate and/or present in retail sales location store meetings
- Build and maintain long-term trusting relationships with retail store associates, retail management, and client
management - Conduct training to help retail sales associates better understand the product(s), increase brand awareness and brand image
- Demonstrate passion for the brand
- Targeting and positioning of brand
- Encourage managers to better support brand
- Promote brand and marketing campaigns to create interest with the customer
- Execute strategies to drive overall sales for the brand
- Create dialogue through sampling/distributing product information and creating brand awareness and positive impressions
- Implement brand portfolio tools and training

Position Requirements
- Product Sampling
- Tech Conference Experience
- 1-2 years inside or outside sales/marketing is preferred
- Retail and/or marketing experience is preferred
- Strong computer, e-mail, and digital camera skills active knowledge and use of social media
- Outgoing, resourceful and able to demonstrate leadership while maintaining a friendly demeanor at all times
- Able to work varied business hours, including weekends
- Fluency in English & French
- Driving License – Class 2
- High-energy and outgoing personality
- 100% comfortable putting yourself out there and talking to customers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
