Job Description
Purpose:
The Brand & Innovation Executive supports the development, execution, and monitoring of brand strategies and innovation initiatives to drive brand growth, market share, and profitability.
The role ensures strong brand presence, successful product launches, and alignment with company objectives.
Top Accountabilities
- Brand Management
- Assist in developing and implementing annual brand plans.
- Monitor brand performance (sales, market share, distribution, visibility).
- Coordinate BTL marketing activities.
- Ensure brand guidelines are respected across all touchpoints.
- Support budget tracking and cost control for brand activities.
- Activate Brand activities according to plans
- Conduct regular market visits to evaluate brand presence and competitor activities.
- Innovation & New Product Development
- Identify market trends, consumer insights, and innovation opportunities.
- Support new product development from concept to launch.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Production).
- Assist in preparing business cases and feasibility analysis.
- Manage product launch timelines and execution plans.
- Track post-launch performance and recommend improvements.
- Market Intelligence and Reporting
- Conduct competitor analysis and category reviews.
- Assist in preparing monthly brand performance reports.
- Analyse consumer feedback and recommend corrective actions.
- Performance tracking & reporting
- Prepare and present regular business performance reports (volume, value, share, and execution KPIs).
- Assist with the preparation of monthly and quarterly business reviews with the Executive team.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of all reporting.
- Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with agencies, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Support trade and digital department
Job Requirements
Qualifications + Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2–4 years’ experience in Brand Management, Trade Marketing, or FMCG.
- Experience in product launches or innovation projects is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
Skills & Competencies Required
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Creative thinking with strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
