Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repair on electric golf carts as required as per schedule on Platte Island.
• Attend to break down as required.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Assist in keeping the workshop, all tools and equipment neat and secure.
• Job cards and job reporting must be completed accurately and thoroughly.
• Efficient use of consumables, parts and time is required.
• In the event of no vehicle requiring service or repairs you will be expected to do “down time” work e.g. Fit tyres onto rims, repair battery charges, repair or strip parts removed off scrapped buggies.
• Ensure that all safety procedures are implemented and enforced.
• Ensure that all personal equipment is worn at all time, e.g. Safety shoes, masks, gloves etc.
• Efficient time keeping, you will be required to Clock In and Out for start and end of day including lunch break.
• You will be required to follow the instructions of your senior technicians and your manager as required and requested.
