Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
- To maintain a pleasant, helpful and courteous attitude to customers and colleagues
- To assist customer in choosing a suitable package to meet their needs.
- Troubleshooting for customers who need help in fault detection.
- Document and coordinate with all concerned dept: all customers troubleshooting.
- Proper documentation of all customer complaints and ensuring information reaches the Management.
- Have detailed knowledge of all services offered by Intelvision including prices, terms and conditions and hardware.
- Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
- Must have Up-to-date knowledge of all special offers and promotions.
- Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.

Job Specifications:
- Post-secondary level of education
- Minimum of 2 years of the same field
- Fluent in Creole and English, other languages are an advantage.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
