Job Requirements


Mature candidate with good attitude to work, willing to work shift to perform Call Centre related duties such as; directory assistance, faults reporting, general enquiries, tele-promotion, providing assistance & information to customers on company products and services. The role requires a person who enjoys communicating and talking to customers and eloquent/comfortable in English and French. Any additional language will be an advantage.

Qualification and Experience

  • Post-Secondary Qualification; & O’Level/IGCSE in English, Maths & French
  • Previous work experience as an Operator or in a Call Centre environment will be an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Clear, precise, voice – articulates well.
  • Computer literate
  • Reliable and flexible person
  • Able to work shifts and long nights
  • Good listening skills
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • A team player.


  • Fixed Term Contract for 2 years (renewable).
