We are currently seeking talented, passionate professionals to join our dynamic team at Le Domaine De L’Orangeraie at Anse Severe on La Digue Island in the above position:

Summary of the Main Duties and Responsibilities.
A Chef De Partie (CDP) is responsible for supporting the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs in the hotel kitchen, delivering consistently high-quality food, handle purchase orders and ensure that items arriving without authorization are not received. Ensures the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keeps up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques.

Job Requirements
Minimum Job Entry Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Should possess graduate Diploma/Advance Certificate in food production and Supervisory training plus two to three years satisfactory work experience in an upscale Delux resort Buffet dining restaurant experience.
- OR
- At least four years satisfactory work experience as a Demi Chef De Partie in an upscale Delux resort Buffet dining restaurant experience.
