Location: Le Domaine De L’Orangeraie, Anse Severe, La Digue
Summary of the Main Duties and Responsibilities.
To assist in providing superior quality cost effective food and beverages products. Ensures guests satisfaction at the same time meeting the established quality and presentation standards. Assist Chef de Cuisine in standardizing new recipes for outlets, adhere to hygiene and safety standards control food costs and assist in daily operations.

Job Requirements
Minimum Job Entry Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Three year diploma/degree in Hotel Management
Or
- Should possess an Advance Certificate in Food production and Supervisory training plus three (3) years satisfactory work experience.
