We are seeking an experienced, strategic and forward-thinking Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and support the long-term growth and stability of our company.  The ideal candidate will provide strong financial leadership and ensure all financial systems and processes operate efficiently and accurately.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire corporate finance, treasury management, and capital structure planning of the Seaward Group.
• Lead investor relations and provide strategic insights to the Board.
• Implement robust internal controls and enterprise risk management frameworks
• Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts aligned with strategic objectives
• Ensure full compliance with Seychelles Revenue Commission (SRC) requirements for Business Tax, VAT and PAYE.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with Seychelles Tax Regulations.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA,CPA or equivalent)
• Minimum 10years’ experience in senior finance leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of Seychelles Tax Compliance
• Proven track record in corporate finance
• Excellent leadership, communication and management skills
• Ability to organize, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
