Job summary
To advise the Principal Secretary on matters of Health Policy and related priority health challenges of the nation with respect to Education, Welfare, Administration and Practice of contemporary nursing and midwifery services.

Qualifications
- Must have Master’s in Nursing from a recognized University.
- Master’s Degree in Health Services Management, Hospital Management, Public Health, or its equivalent from a recognized Institution.
Experience
A minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in nursing Practice and Health Service Management at the level of nurse manager.
