Job Description

To lead the business and execute all technical activities (installation, reparation and maintenance) for customers.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Prospecting all potential customers (hotels, restaurants, retail companies) that use refrigeration systems to propose the technical solutions and services of the company
• Analyzing their needs and proposing state-of-the-art solutions
• Making quotes in collaboration with our European suppliers and drawing experts
• Organizing the logistic process regarding imported products
• Planning, organizing and executing all installation, reparation and maintenance activities for the customers
• Caring for all day-to-day management activities of the company
• Recruiting, training and managing the technical collaborators of the company
• Constantly updating the offer of the company to anticipate the best-in-class technologies and practices regarding refrigeration systems

Job Requirements

Profile:

The ideal candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Technical education degree
• At least 5 years’ experience as a technical expert in refrigeration technics in Europe
• Knowledge of main potential suppliers of refrigeration technologies in Europe
• Project and general management experience
• Excellent knowledge of English, French and Dutch
• Common sense, strong sense of details, focus on efficiency
• Customer focus
• People management skills
