Job Description
Summary of Duties
To coordinate, oversee, and manage the operations of the Social Services Division. Ensuring the delivery of high-quality, professional social services to the public. The role involves strategic leadership, supervision, policy development, inter-agency collaboration, and ensuring compliance with statutory and ethical standards to promote the well-being, protection, and social inclusion of vulnerable populations.
Benefits
Salary Band 6 Step 9 plus SOS Allowances
Salary will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and in accordance with the Scheme of Service.
Job Requirements
MINIMUM ENTRY REQUIREMENT
- Diploma/Degree/ Master’s in Social Work in Social Work plus 3 years satisfactory work experience as Principal Social Worker
- Candidate should be registered with the Social Workers Council
