Job Description

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • To clean all areas including offices as directed by supervisor/ Manager
  • To prepare and serve Tea/coffee  for other staff and visitors as recommended
  • To use cleaning materials and consumables as recommended
  • To liaise with the manager/ supervisor  on the replenishment of
  • consumables.
  • To report to the manager / supervisor  any problems that prevent cleaning
  • taking place.
  • To use equipment within Health and Safety regulations and report any faults to the manager / supervisor

Job Requirements

Person Specification

The candidate must demonstrate:

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to move and use domestic and industrial type cleaning equipment (polishers, vacuum cleaners etc)
  • Basic standard of literacy to read and understand instructions

Qualifications & Experience

Primary Education plus relevant working experience
