• Graphic design flair – ability to create or adapt visuals using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar.
• Strong time management – able to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines across two properties.
• Team player with a collaborative spirit – works well with F&B, PR, and operations teams.
• Multitasker – comfortable juggling digital campaigns, social media content, and on-ground activations.
• Creative “vibe master” – brings energy, fun, and fresh ideas to campaigns and activations.
• Independent worker – able to take initiative and follow through with minimal supervision.
• Data-driven mindset – confident in using data to evaluate campaign performance and make adjustments.
• Digital marketing know-how – understands social media management, online reputation, and digital trends.
