ISPC Seychelles is hiring a Commercial Assistant (On-site Seychelles)
Job Description
TASKS : Assist Brand & Sales Managers in:
- Responding to all customer inquiries (phone, email, WhatsApp, …)
- Providing quotations, managing customer orders, monitoring deliveries, …
- Proposing comprehensive turnkey solutions to clients.
- Ensuring sufficient stock availability
- Assisting in placing orders with suppliers
- Supervising the receipt of merchandise orders
- Responding to tenders, Following up on offers
- Advising clients in a complex environment
- Supporting the organization of promotion and sponsorship events.
- Reporting sales to managers and suppliers
- Visiting clients and Welcoming clients in the One Stop Shopping store
- Rack-jobbing, facing, inventories, merchandising, event installations.
Job Requirements
SKILLS : Being a “Swiss Army Knife” with:
- Excellent knowledge of gastronomy, wines, and spirits
- Multitasking, hands-on, curious, and eager to learn
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPS, Publisher, …)
- Knowledge of Mercator
- Proficiency in French, English, and Dutch
- Flexible, available, stress-resistant, able to work in teams (multiple)
- Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Serious, organized, pleasant, and cosmopolitan
