Post: Commercial Manager

Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide the lead in contract negotiations with vendors, partners and suppliers
- Provide commercial and operating support to the CEO and the wider Sales and Marketing team
- Facilitate the interaction between Sales, Technical, Finance, external Suppliers and Customers to fulfil internal and external product development
- Provide draft agreements and contracts are required
- Take full responsibility for Corporate sales and Corporate market penetration
- Ensure a high level of ongoing customer service, service provisioning and functioning
- Manage and motivate Corporate sales team (which includes Corporate Sales, Account Management and Pre-sales staff)
- Assist Corporate sales staff with all facets of Corporate sales (approaching customers, requirements specification, pre-sales, implementation, customer retention planning)
- Continuously review and advise ways to streamline, automate and improve work processes
- Provide input on corporate sales projections and budgets
- Collate Sales and Marketing reports to provide high level reports to senior management.
Job Requirements
Person Specifications:
- Proven ability to determine priorities, cope with high volumes of work, plan and organize workloads, meet deadlines, and achieve high standard results.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
Qualifications and experience:
- Advanced university degree, with 5 years hands-on experience in Sales and Marketing in the telecom Sector.
