We are currently seeking talented, passionate professionals to join our dynamic team at Le Domaine De L’Orangeraie at Anse Severe on La Digue Island in the above position:
Location: Le Domaine De L’Orangeraie, Anse Severe, La Digue
Summary of the Main Duties and Responsibilities.
Maintains the highest standards of food quality and presentation in workstation a directed by the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef on duty. Must have well-rounded knowledge of all areas of the kitchen including a la carte and buffet restaurants. Works within the station assigned in clean safe and efficient manner in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures of the kitchen

Job Requirements
Minimum Job Entry Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Should possess Graduate Certificate in Food Production plus two years satisfactory work experience in an upscale Delux resort Buffet dining restaurant experience.
OR
- At least four years satisfactory work experience as an Assistant Cook an upscale Delux resort Buffet dining restaurant experience.
