Summary of the Main Duties and Responsibilities.
Commis Cook – Pastry is responsible for assisting in the preparation and production of a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods under the supervision of pastry chefs. This role is essential in maintaining high standards of hygiene, food quality, and presentation.

Minimum Job Entry Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Basic culinary education or relevant certification in food preparation
Experience:
- At least 2 – years’ work experience in a similar position
- Should possess Graduate Certificate in Food Production plus two years’ satisfactory work experience in an upscale Deluxe resort standard Star class hotel pastry kitchen experience
