ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER:
Tender Documents will be available from Wednesday 25th January to Tuesday 31st January, 2023 from 0830hrs to 1200hrs and 1300hrs to 1400hrs at Accounts Section, 2nd Floor, Oceangate House, Room 235 at the Ministry of Local Government and Community Affairs at non-refundable fee of SR 100.00 per document is required. Bidders are allowed to inspect the documents prior to purchase.
NOTE TO BIDDERS:
Bidders must show proof of their valid license & company registration document upon purchase of tender documents.
SUBMISSION OF TENDER:
Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “District Projects-Ref NB01/23”and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board Secretariat, Maison De Mahe, Victoria before 10.00am on Wednesday 08th February, 2023. Tenders will be opened immediately after closing at 10.00am.
Any bids received after the submission deadline will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the bidder.
