The Social Affairs Department is looking for an efficient, friendly and approachable individual who is dynamic, serious and motivated to fill the above post.
Job Description
Summary of Duties
- Responsible to carry out duties relating to the enforcement and inspection of children care home.
- Plan and carry out announced and unannounced inspections in children’s care homes
- Gather analyzed and assess care services provided to the children
- Maintain records of inspections
- Prepare and submit reports to the Senior officer
- Monitor and ensure that inspection finding are acted upon
- Provide advice, guidance to service provider regarding standard of children care home
- Participate in meetings with team members internally and children in care homes
- Assist with screening of potential person and those currently in service in child related field.
- Process application submitted to the organization.
- Input and update data base on a continuous basis.
Benefits
Salary B3 as per Framework
Salary will be based on experience and qualification.
Job Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
Degree or Diploma in Social Science/Education/Human Related field plus 2 years relevant working experience.
