Island Conservation Society (ICS), established in 2001, is a science-based, not-for-profit conservation NGO which has two main objectives:

  • The management and conservation of the ARIDE ISLAND SPECIAL RESERVE, and
  • The management and operation of conservation centres on IDC-owned and managed islands including SILHOUETTE, DESROCHES, ALPHONSE and FARQUHAR, PLATTE, ASTOVE/COSMOLEDO.

ICS is seeking to employ serious and motivated persons to fill the position at ICS on the islands:


Salaries and benefits packages will be offered depending on academic qualifications and/or relevant experience.
