INVITATION TO TENDER
The Ministry of Local Government and Community Affairs invites tenders for the Construction of Platform for outdoor gym at Perseverance 2.
SOURCE OF FINANCE: Government of Seychelles
Project Title: Construction of Platform for Outdoor Gym at Perseverance 2 – Ile Perseverance.
Eligibility: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Contractors Class 2 Certificate only, registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.
Subject: Construction of Platform for outdoor gym at Perseverance 2.
Place of Performance: Perseverance 2 – Ile Perseverance.
Performance Period: Six (6) Weeks from commencement date.
Access to tender Dossier: The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the Ministry of Local Government & Community Affairs, Oceangate House, Accounts Section, 2nd Floor Room 235 as of Thursday 05th September, 2024 at 0830Hrs to 1200Hrs and 1300Hrs to 1400Hrs against payment of a non-refundable fee of SR250/- each
Closing date for Dossier: The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Wednesday 11th September, 2024 at 1400Hrs.
Details of site visit: A mandatory site visit & informative meeting will be conducted on Thursday 12th September, 2024 at 9:00Hrs. The meeting place shall be at Perseverance 2 DA’s Office Meeting Room.
Failure to attend or being late for the Informative Meeting and the Site Visit will lead being declared unresponsive during the evaluation process.
Bidders shall show proof of their Valid license & Company Registration upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.
SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:
TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “CONSTRUCTION OF PLATFORM FOR OUTDOOR GYM AT PERSEVERANCE 2. REF NB57/24” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD SECRETARIAT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA BEFORE 1030HRS ON MONDAY 23RD SEPTEMBER, 2024. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 1030HRS. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.
ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
