Consultancy: Technical Advisor for Development & Implementation of the Business & Technology Incubator (BTI)
Seychelles Conservation and Climate Change Adaptation Trust (SeyCCAT) is an independent trust fund that empowers sustainable development of Seychelles’ blue economy by supporting impactful projects that address climate change and marine conservation challenges in the country. SeyCCAT grants are competitively awarded to public, private, and non-profit applicants based in the Seychelles.
The Seychelles Conservation and Climate Adaptation Trust (SeyCCAT), in collaboration with the Ministry of Investment, Entrepreneurship and Industry, is seeking a Technical Advisor (TA) to lead the design, development, and implementation of a Business & Technology Incubator (BTI). The BTI will support the incubation of coral-positive enterprises and other sustainable blue economy businesses. The key responsibilities of the TA are:
- Develop and operationalize the BTI framework.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and open call for coral-positive enterprises.
- Provide business development support to selected MSMEs.
- Deliver monthly reports and a final impact report
The consultancy is expected to amount to 130 days across the period spanning June 2025 to February 2026.
