Mahe Laundry Services is a start-up laundry venture located in Roche Caiman, on the mainland of Mahe, Seychelles. The commercial laundry will service mainly business customers (large hotels and other entities like restaurants, hospitals and airlines) and has a total capacity of ± 13,000 tons/day. Our aim is to recruit a competent and experienced team to launch the laundry business.
We are currently recruiting for the following position:
Post title: Cook
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook daily meals for staff
- Plan simple, balanced menus
- Ensure food is prepared in a hygienic and safe manner
- Monitor food stock levels and assist with purchasing requests
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience as a cook preferred
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
- Ability to prepare meals for a larger group
- Organized and reliable
