Job Description

  • To undertake order of the clients and lead the order from the placement till completion;
  • To lead correspondence with the clients;
  • To liaise with the Authorities in regards to company formation, ship registration and other services;
  • To do filing procedures when required;
  • To do invoicing;
  • Maintaining companies  records and liaise in this regards with the clients
  • To assist an accountant whenever required.
  • To provide any other administrative matters which can be required from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • 3 years experience in offshore industry and the necessary skill in dealing with the administration of offshore companies.
  • Ability to work under pressure & must have excellent reference.
