Job Desription

Main Responsibilities

  • Day to Day administration of International Business Companies (IBCs) and Foundations.
  • Liaising with relevant Authorities in connection with the ongoing maintenance and compliance of the IBCs and Foundations.
  • Reviewing client files and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Job Requirement

The potential candidate should hold an International Compliance Association (“ICA”) certification at minimum and a minimum of 5 years proven experience working in the offshore sector in Seychelles.

Fit & Proper status with the FSA will be considered as an advantage.
