- Role We are looking for a Receptionist/ Corporate Assistance to be responsible for greeting clients and visitors to our office. You will be in charge of giving clients directions to various parts of the office, contacting employees regarding visitors, answering phones and taking messages, sorting and distributing mail, Filing and to assist the Corporate Administrators.

- Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls, providing information, taking messages;
- Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations;
- Perform administrative support tasks such as contacting any official organization, nominees in case of signing or any other need;
- Sort, distribute and prepare courier deliveries, including the dispatch lists;
- File, save in the e-folders and maintain utility bills for Nominees every month;
- Provide any assistance to all the corporate administrators including contacting FSA (SIBA), Incorporation of Shelves companies, preparing the documents, saving documents in the e-files, printing documents for further filing, signing papers within the office, scanning, copying, shredding rough paper e.g. all the necessary actions needed for the smooth flow of everyday process of corporate department.

2 years experience in offshore industry and the necessary skill in dealing with the administration of offshore companies
