Job Summary
The Crew Change Coordinator acts as a liaison between ship owners, seafarers, and relevant authorities. This role involves processing essential travel documents for inbound and outbound crew members, as well as coordinating crew transfers, accommodation, and repatriations to ensure smooth operations and compliance with regulations.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Candidate must have at least a Certificate or Diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years working’ experience in similar role.
Skills & Competencies
- Valid driving license: Class 2 (minimum 2 years’ experience)
- Computer literate
- Must be honest, trustworthy and able to work in a team and under pressure within tight schedules.
- Highly organized and meticulous, with excellent time management and multi-tasking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – verbal and written.
- Resilience and a constructive approach to problem-solving
