Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a very outgoing person with a passion to sell to join the Cable & Wireless’ Seychelles corporate sales team to work collaboratively to drive and deliver growth in a highly competitive telecommunication industry. Will be the primary contact between Cable & Wireless Seychelles and account managed business customers. Person must be excited about company growth, sales target and have ability to understand and interpret customer data, draw sensible conclusions and focused on achieving results. Must be dedicated, committed, and flexible to attend to customer needs outside or normal working hours. Sales Commission is offered.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• A Level or Higher Diploma Level of Education in Business or relevant field.
• Experience in a sales or a service environment will be an advantage.
• Preferably a degree standard or other professional qualification

• Outgoing, friendly and cheerful personality
• Good communicator, with negotiating and persuasive skills
• Quick learner & Active listener
• Good memory retention – keep track of company’s products, Systems and processes.
• Pay attention to details and good at organising, keeping notes and giving feedback.
• Ability to develop relationship with the business community
• Great people skills and team player
• Able to work on target-based scheme and focus on target delivery.
• Dependable and trustworthy
• Holds a valid driving license.
• Clean Police character certificate.

Desirable

• 2 years’ proven experience in a sales & service environment
