Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • To welcome any individuals who request information regarding services offered by Intelvision.
  • To maintain a polite, helpful and courteous attitude to customers.
  • Detailed knowledge of all services offered by Intelvision including prices and terms and conditions.
  • To assist customer in choosing a suitable bouquet to meet their needs.
  • To carry out various after sales follow ups and promotion campaigns.
  • Proper documentation of all customer complaints and ensuring information reaches the respective departments.
  • Proper documentation of all RC Boss breakdowns ensuring information reaches all concerned
  • Provide report as and when requested by Branch Manager

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Polytechnic graduate with a Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent
  • Computer Skills—MS Office Utilities (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project, Visio, etc)
