Job Description
Travizory is seeking two (2) reliable and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Agents on a Casual basis.
Duties & Responsibilities
The position involves a combination of front-facing customer service and back-end support.
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Providing professional and courteous customer service
- Using company software systems to respond to and assist clients
- Supporting day-to-day customer service and other operational activities
- Assisting and interacting with customers at the Arrival Lounge at the airport
- Maintaining privacy and confidentiality
Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Good computer literacy and the ability to work with software systems
- Previous customer service experience
