The Seychelles Home Care Agency is looking for serious and motivated person to fill the above position.

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Routine calls and direct call to the appropriate section or individual
  • Manage the reception area by controlling access to offices
  • Receive and record document receive from client
  • Maintain customer records by ensuring the customer entry and exit are log accordingly
  • Attend to queries from customers and direct them to the appropriate offices or redirect them to appropriate organization
  • Take messages in the absence of employees and ensure that the message is passed on
  • Provides information to the client about the Agency or the procedure of Registration
  • Resolve customer complaints
  • Gather information feedback to help improve services
  • Working closely to other departments such as Monitoring section and Well-Being, Prevention, Training and Development

Benefits

Remuneration: B1

Salary package will be based on qualifications and experience.

Job Requirements

Requirement/Experience:

  • Certificate in Front office or related field plus on the job training

Specialized Qualities/Skills:

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbal and written
  • Empathy to understand the customer feelings and situation helps
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Portrait a good positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Good listening skills
  • Ability to remain calm and polite
  • Must be a mature person
