Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative will assist customers in-store and over the phone, providing product information, processing orders, handling returns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Automotive knowledge is a plus, not a requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer customer inquiries about products, availability, and pricing
• Process sales transactions and returns
• Maintain product knowledge to suggest appropriate items
• Help maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Retrieve inventory from warehouse for the customer
• When container shipments arrive, assist with clearing and organizing of products

Starting Salary: SCR 8,500.00

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Customer service experience preferred
• Automotive knowledge or experience is a bonus
• Should be willing and able to lift 20 kgs
• Driver’s license is a requirement, commercial driver’s license is preferable

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1.00 P.M
