We are looking to hire customer support for our offices in Seychelles. MANDATORY TO BE JAPANESE SPEAKING

Working Hours

Job Requirements

  1. Monitor client activity, ensure withdrawals and deposits are operated in line with the company’s policies and procedures
  2. Reply, forward and address issues related to the Support Department as promptly as possible
  3. Provide support to the company’s clients in relation to the Company’s system
  4. Maintain ongoing communication with the company’s departments via all available channels
  5. Ensure the office is sufficiently stocked with office supplies to ensure smooth operations
  6. Keep records of a variety of processes and actions as instructed by Management
  7. Ensure any changes directly affecting the company’s communication to its clients are communicated effectively via the appropriate channels to the suitable departments (i.e. updates taking place on the system, website changes etc)
  8. Keep the Support Manual of Procedures updated both electronically and in hard copy
  9. Any client requests and concerns to be addressed as quickly and as efficiently as possible
  10. Attend meetings as requested by Management and Head of their Department
  11. The Employee shall carry out the duties and exercise the powers in cooperation with any other member of staff of the Employer, if so, requested by the Employer
