INVITATION TO TENDER
The Ministry of Local Government and Community Affairs invites tenders for Cutting of Dangerous Trees at Anse Aux Pins District which are divided into three (3) Lots:
- Lot 1 Cutting of One (1) Albizia Tree at Caryole, Anse Aux Pins
- Lot 2 Cutting of Five (5) Dangerous Trees at Caryole, Anse Aux Pins
- Lot 3 Cutting of Seven (7) Dangerous Trees at Anse Aux Pins
Bidders may participate in one (1) or all Lots and Bidders will be eligible to be awarded with one lot only. However, in the event that participation is limited the Procuring Entity reserves the right to award two lots per bidder
Eligibility: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All locally Registered, Licensed Tree Cutting and Tree Merchandise, Operating Under a Fully Certified and Legal Framework.
Place of Performance: Anse Aux Pins.
Performance Period: Two (2) Weeks from commencement date.
Access to tender Dossier: The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the Ministry of Local Government & Community Affairs, Oceangate House, Accounts Section, 2nd Floor Room 235 as of Tuesday 10th December, 2024 at 0830Hrs to 1200Hrs and 1300Hrs to 1400Hrs against payment of a non-refundable fee of SR100/- each
Closing date for Dossier: The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Friday 13th December 2024 at 1400Hrs.
Details of site visit: A mandatory site visit & informative meeting will be conducted on Tuesday 17th December, 2024 at 10:00AM. (Seychelles Time). The meeting place shall be at Anse Aux Pins DA’s office.
Failure to attend or being late for the Informative Meeting and the Site Visit will lead being declared unresponsive during the evaluation process.
Bidders shall show proof of their Valid license & Company Registration upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.
SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:
TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “CUTTING OF DANGEROUS TREES AT ANSE AUX PINS DISTRICT” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT MINISTRY OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND COMMUNITY AFFAIRS, ACCOUNTS SECTION, OCEANGATE HOUSE, ROOM 235 BEFORE 10.30AM ON FRIDAY 20th DECEMBER, 2024. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:30AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.
ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
