- Assist the Chief Executive Officer with the development and modernisation of the entity, its programmes, activities and projects in accordance with the sector’s strategic plan;
- Assist with preparation of budgets, setting performance expectations, and monitoring and evaluating performance outcomes to contribute to achievement of Agency objectives and outcomes;
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans and decisions by the Chief Executive;
- Oversee all aspect related to property management and procurement related to property management;
- Discharge the functions of the Chief Executive Officer during the absence of the Chief Executive Officer.
Salary Grade: B11-B12
- Master Degree in related field and organisational management experience; or Degree in Business Administration/Management, or closely related field, plus 4 to 5 years’ experience in a senior management position.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to a very high standard in English.
