Role Overview
Lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of biodiversity conservation policies to
safeguard Seychelles’ natural heritage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor biodiversity policies and programs.
- Build partnerships to achieve conservation goals.
- Ensure compliance with national and international biodiversity agreements.

Job Requirement
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Conservation, Environmental Science, or a related field, with 3 years of relevant experience.
- Postgraduate Diploma with 3 years of experience, or Bachelor’s with 3 years of experience in Conservation or related fields.
Competencies & Skills
- Strategic planning and leadership abilities.
- Effective advocacy and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficient in risk assessment and decision-making.
