Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
To develops Corporate HR plans, supports the human factor in the company, oversees HR initiatives, and ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations. Lead the strategic direction, planning, decision making and overall performance of the HR Department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, direct, and coordinate human resource management activities of SPA and maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, policies, and regulations.
- Review and provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, salaries, opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
- Remain in constant contact with Policy Ministry and keep management informed on new developments in line with Human Resources and Employment.
- Prepare and follow budgets for Sections operations.
- Develop and/or administer special projects in areas such as scheme of service, employee awards.

Job Requirements
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- University Degree in Management or related field
- 5 – 7 years’ work experience at Senior management level
