Job Description
Summary of Duties
The Director of Youth Hope Center is a strategic leadership role responsible for the effective management and operation of the Centre dedicated to the rehabilitation and development of youth. The incumbent will oversee program implementation, staff supervision, resource management, and ensure the safety and welfare of residents. The Director will work collaboratively with stakeholders to promote a nurturing environment that fosters positive youth development and community integration.
Benefits
Salary Band 6 Step 6 plus SOS Allowances
Salary will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and in accordance with the Scheme of Service.
Job Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor Degree in Social Worker, Psychology, Child Development plus six years’ experience in a leadership role with a non profit or Social Services Organisation especially focused on youth programming.
