Job Description

Guest Client Services Duties

• Ensure porter/shuttle to be available prior to arrival on departure and during guest stay
• Assist with porterage
• Arrange and manage check out and departure process
• Manage the upkeep of the fleet of passenger six-seaters
• Manage the upkeep of the fleet of luggage six-seaters

Driver Duties

• Meet and greet of guests at the Seychelles international airport
• Meet and greet of guests at the Domestic Terminal
• Meet and greet of guests at the Ferry port and Cruise ship port
• Meet and greet of departure guests from the EILA reception
• Meet and greet at venues such as hotels, guest-houses and points of interest
• Collect or deliver office supplies or documents to various locations
• Provide guided tours for guests as required
• To keep all vehicles in clean and working condition

Benefits

Salary: Depending on qualifications and experience

Job Requirements

Attributes and Qualifications:

• In possession of driver’s license class 2 minimum + 5 years experience
• Of smart and well groomed appearance
• Defensive and safe driving attitude
• Able to carry suitcases up flights of stairs
• Physically fit with the stamina to cope with shifts dealing with heavy bags and luggage
• Friendly personality
• Good communication skills
• Organised as will be dealing with keys, buggies and messages from guests and colleagues
